Stainless Steel Pass Box Static Type Electrical Interlock Clean Room Pass Through Box

Introduction

Pass Boxes are double-door box-shaped devices that are used when materials are brought into the Cleanroom. Similar to Air Showers, they are structured so that both doors cannot simultaneously be open, so they function as an airlock insulating the Cleanroom from the outside air. Models featuring Air Shower functions and models featuring Clean Unit functions are also available.

Operation Step

1. The door of the normal status is closed. When the material is delivered, the transmitter first rings the doorbell.

2. When the other party answers, the door is opened again. After the material is sent in, the door is closed immediately, and the

receiver opens another door.

3. After removing the material, close the door. It is strictly forbidden to open both doors at the same time.

4. After the operation of the transfer window, the cleaning work should be carried out and disinfected regularly.

The pass box material could be made of stainless steel 304 or 316, dynamic type and static type.

Function

It has the function of air valve to prevent high pressure to leak in the clean room.

Characteristic

1. Adopts polish stainless steel inside, which is flat, neat and wearable. The surface material of pass box is cold rolled steel or stainless steel.

2. Doors in two sides with mechanical or electronic interlock device enable two doors can't be in the open state at the same time.
